Site Evaluation or Land Selection

Whether you already own a homesite or are searching for the right property, we provide experienced guidance from the beginning. Our team evaluates the land for its build potential, reviewing factors such as sun direction, topography, utilities, access, soil conditions, municipal requirements, and any early design considerations. For clients still exploring options, we help identify properties that support your vision and long-term goals.

Architectural Design

You may arrive with completed plans or may prefer to develop your design collaboratively—either approach fits seamlessly into our process. We work closely with a team of talented and experienced architects, engineers, interior designers, and our in-house construction team to ensure the plans reflect both your vision and the technical requirements of a truly exceptional build. This integrated approach ensures the design is not only beautiful, but also precise, buildable, and aligned with your investment.

Key Selections & Early Specifications

Before construction begins, we guide you through the foundational selections that influence design direction and budget—items like exterior materials, roofing, flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, and structural considerations. 

We encourage integrating an interior designer early in the building process. Through our network of highly skilled and creative interior designers, we help connect you with the right professional to complement your vision and ensure a well-executed result. If you are already working with an interior designer, we welcome that existing relationship and collaborate closely to optimize your overall building experience.

Detailed Estimating & Proposal

We prepare a comprehensive, transparent estimate based on your plans, specifications, and initial selections. Our extensive relationships with the region’s top trade partners allow us to price your project accurately and competitively, ensuring clarity before construction begins. You’ll receive a detailed scope of work outlining exactly what is included—removing uncertainty and keeping the project aligned with your expectations.

We don’t aim to be the lowest-priced builder. We focus on delivering maximum value by providing exceptional quality at a fair price within current market conditions, working with partners who stand behind their work.

Construction

Once construction begins, your project is led by an experienced team that includes a project manager, construction foreman, and project finance manager—all committed to exceptional execution and proactive communication. You’ll receive consistent updates, progress photos, and access to your project documentation through our construction management platform.

One of the greatest strengths of Arndorfer Custom Homes is our in-house construction team, capable of executing highly complex structural systems, framing, and finish work with unmatched precision. By keeping critical phases of the build in-house, we maintain tighter control over schedule, quality, and the fine details that define a luxury residence.

Post-Construction & Support

Our relationship doesn’t end on move-in day. We coordinate final punch-list completion and continue to support you as you settle into your home. At the one-year mark, we revisit your residence to address any warranty items and ensure everything is performing as it should. Your long-term satisfaction is part of our commitment to building homes that last—and relationships that do, too.
