PAT HIETPAS

President, Partner

Pat leads the pre-construction phase with a strategic focus on land evaluation, architectural coordination, specification development, and detailed estimating—ensuring every home begins with accuracy and a finely planned foundation. Known for his client-first approach, Pat leads with communication and transparency. He ensures clients feel supported and confident in their decisions, knowing he is actively advocating for their best interests.

Pat holds a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Construction Management from UW–Stout and brings a depth of experience from respected firms, including Boldt, Bielinski Homes, Regency Builders, and Scherrer Construction. Pat also maintains both a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Qualifier license and a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license, reinforcing his comprehensive understanding of the building process from concept through completion.

RICH ARNDORFER

CEO, Partner

Rich serves as the CEO of Arndorfer Custom Homes and leads Arndorfer Construction, the company’s construction division known for its precision framing and execution of high-end custom homes.

Since founding Arndorfer Construction in 2004, Rich has built a strong reputation throughout southeast Wisconsin’s Lake Country for delivering technically sophisticated craftsmanship on complex residential projects, particularly lake homes that require advanced structural knowledge, logistical coordination, and meticulous attention to detail. This depth of hands-on expertise directly strengthens the elevated standards and client experience of Arndorfer Custom Homes.
